I’m always looking for new opportunities to create, collaborate, and bring fresh ideas to life through 3D art and animation.
I’m Diana Acién, a 3D artist and filmmaker from Spain with a passion for storytelling through digital art. I studied Fine Arts in Seville and later specialized in 3D animation with a master’s degree in Valencia, where I wrote and directed my first animated short film, Echoes. This project was recognized with the Revelation Short Film Award (Quartmetratges 2019) and selected in over forty festivals worldwide.
Since then, I have worked as a freelance 3D modeler with studios such as El Chivo Peludo, Arcade Estudio, and Art&Graft, collaborating on commercials for brands like Nickelodeon, Toshiba, and Meta. My expertise in character and prop modeling and texturing, combined with a deep understanding of the animation production pipeline, allows me to bring ideas to life efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Beyond my commercial work, I’m deeply invested in my own creative projects. My most recent short film, Todo Bien, which I wrote, directed, and designed, was nominated for Best Animated Short Film at the 2024 Goya Awards and won multiple accolades, including Best Comedy at Animayo 2024.
